This metric is the percent reduction in energy consumption, based on the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) by fiscal year.  The difference between the given year EUI and the baseline FY08 EUI is divided by the baseline FY08 EUI.  The data is provided by F&S Utilities & Energy Services.

This is the percentage that the energy conservation has been reduced since the baseline year 2008.  It is calculated as difference between the current year's energy consumption in MMBTU and the baseline year's energy consumption in MMBTU, all divided by the energy consumption in the MMBTU in the baseline year.
